Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@greatfunctionalgoods.com. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, with the plastic wrap in tact. Return and exchange shipping will be at the customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For exchange, once we either receive your return or receive tracking information with proof that it will be delivered to our address, then we will ship out your replacement item/s.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, personalized items, such as laptop sleeves, tumblers, and custom punch needle work, Craftify Co - Crafts Kits cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Great Functional Goods, we take great care in packing and shipping your order. While we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives safely, sometimes things can go wrong during transit. That’s why we offer optional Package Protection for added peace of mind.
✅ What is Package Protection?
Package Protection covers you in the event of:
- Lost parcels
- Damaged goods during shipping
- Stolen packages (after delivery is marked complete)

- You can opt in for Package Protection at checkout.
- If something goes wrong, simply contact us at info@greatfunctionalgoods.com within 7 days of your order's delivery date (or estimated delivery date for missing parcels).
- We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible, subject to approval.
📌 Important Notes
- If you opt out of Package Protection, Great Functional Goods is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed over to the carrier.
- Package Protection does not cover incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- Claims for stolen packages require a police report or statutory declaration.
- In the case of damaged goods, please include photos of the item and packaging.
🚚 Carriers We Use
We primarily ship via Australia Post and other trusted national couriers. All tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
