Returns Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@greatfunctionalgoods.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be returned with the original plastic wrapping intact (where applicable).
Include all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

Once we have either:

Received and inspected your returned item; or
Received valid tracking confirming your return is on its way,

we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to stock availability).

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@greatfunctionalgoods.com with your order number and photos of the issue where possible. We'll assess the situation and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

Sale items
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made products, including laptop sleeves, tumblers and custom punch needle work
Craftify Co craft kits

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
