For extra peace of mind, we offer optional Package Protection at checkout.

What's Covered

Package Protection may cover:

  • Lost parcels
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Stolen parcels after delivery has been marked as complete

How to Make a Claim

If you purchased Package Protection and need to make a claim, please contact info@greatfunctionalgoods.com within 7 days of your parcel being delivered (or its expected delivery date for missing parcels).

To help us assess your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
  • Any supporting documentation requested, such as a police report or statutory declaration for stolen parcels

Approved claims may be resolved with either a replacement or refund.

Important Information

Package Protection:

  • Does not cover parcels sent to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
  • May require supporting evidence before a claim can be approved.
  • Provides additional protection beyond our standard shipping process.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
