At Great Functional Goods, we take pride in offering personalized and handmade products, each crafted with care and attention to detail. Below are the policies regarding personalized items, handmade goods, and pre-orders, including how to manage or cancel your orders.

Personalized & Handmade Products

All personalized and handmade products are uniquely crafted based on your specifications. Due to the nature of handmade production, items may slightly vary in size, and the final product may differ slightly from images shown on our website.

  • Mock-up Confirmation: For personalized items, we will send you a mock-up or proof for approval before proceeding with production. Please ensure that all customization details are correct when reviewing the mock-up. Production will only begin once we receive your confirmation.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase for personalized and handmade items. After production begins, the order cannot be canceled or altered.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations or changes are allowed only before you approve the mock-up. Once you’ve confirmed the design and production starts, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Returns & Refunds: Personalized and handmade products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us if any issues arise, and we will work to resolve them. 

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is either out of stock or will soon be available.

  • Payment: We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, depending on the product. Once the product becomes available, we will fulfill your order and charge any remaining balance if applicable.

  • Cancellation: Pre-orders can be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund once you receive the product.
