Shipping Information

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods such as Christmas, new product launches, promotional events and sales, processing times may be longer due to increased order volumes.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.


Personalised Items

Orders containing personalised products are handmade to order and require additional production time.

Please allow an extra 7–9 business days for dispatch of personalised items.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to be shipped separately, please place them in a separate order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are listed on the relevant product page and are subject to change.


Australian Shipping

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and other trusted courier partners.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $100.

Safe Drop & Collection Points

If you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place, delivery becomes the responsibility of the recipient once the parcel has been marked as delivered.

If your parcel is redirected to a collection point, it is your responsibility to collect it within the carrier's collection period. If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order.


International Shipping

We ship internationally using trusted international shipping services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Please note these delivery estimates are a guide only and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services and your location.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Delays

While we do our best to dispatch your order promptly, occasional shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, customs processing, courier disruptions or peak delivery periods.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these circumstances arise.
